Unconfirmed reports are stating that Windows 10 has now passed the 100 million downloads mark since its launch on July 29.

That's according to recent reports from Petri - although the new story does not confirm its source.

Previously, and perhaps confirming the figures to be true, Microsoft has stated that its new operating system has already exceeded 75 million installs on over 96,000 different PC and tablet models since August 26.

If the new figures are to be believed, that means the Windows 10 has had over 25 million installs in the last month alone.
