HP has launched a new ePrinter with a WiFi-capable tablet attachment.

The HP Photosmart eStation comes with a detachable 7" Android tablet which is pre-loaded with a number of apps, including web browsing and Facebook. When PC World was offered the chance to preview it, the tab did not appear to have access to the Android marketplace.

It also seemed to be considerably heavier than other 7" tablets.

HP's ePrinters are printers with designated e-mail addresses that allow documents to be sent to the e-mail address to be printed. The Android tablet comes with an app to make printing to its associated ePrinter easier, but documents can also be sent from other devices like smartphones or iPads.

The Photosmart eStation has a RRP of $749 and is available exclusively at Harvey Norman.
