I'm a PC, but I'd rather be a Mac

84% of iPhone, iPod and iPad users worldwide own a non-Apple PC, but 67% of those would own a Mac if price were not an issue, according to NPolls.

56% of Mac OS X users said the main disadvantage of Macs was that the hardware is too expensive.

The interface, performance, installation and stability of Mac OS X were named as some of the operating system's best features.

Windows' best features were software and hardware compatibility, but stability, system configuration and price were problems.

Macs, unsurprisingly, were also considered "prettier" than Windows machines.

7% of all people surveyed said they were unhappy with their computers, but this percentage was significantly lower among Mac owners, at 2%.
